Background: The Universal Health Coverage (UHC) offers an essential package of health services to citizens while protecting them financially in case illness. It has been given a top priority globally as health-related aim. In Kenya, whereas MNCH have continued attract investment over the years, reports still show high rates maternal and child mortality. study was sought assess level uptake universal coverage provided associated factors. Methods: This cross-sectional undertaken 422 households Machakos Sub-County on women reproductive age (WRA). data collected using questionnaires. Multiple logistic regression with (p<0.05) at 95% CI used for inferential statistics. Results: results that all respondents had least one service.
